EARL GREY MARTINI   2.5 oz Corgi Spirits Earl Grey Gin  0.5 oz dry vermouth  Lemon twist for garnish    Fill a mixing glass with ice, add gin and vermouth. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add garnish.

HOT EARL GREY PUNCH   32 oz Corgi Spirits Earl Grey Gin  32 oz fresh orange juice  16 oz fresh lemon juice  16 oz honey syrup (1 parts honey : 1 part water)  32 oz water  Cinnamon sticks, cloves, and lemon slices for garnish    Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and simmer on low. THYME FOR CIDER   1.5 oz Corgi Spirits Pembroke Gin  3 oz fresh apple cider  0.25 oz ginger simple syrup (see below)  3 thyme sprigs  Thyme sprig for garnish    Fill a shaker with ice add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a thyme sprig.  To make ginger syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar and 1 large knob of ginger, finely diced, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to steep until cool. Strain and reserve syrup.

3 oz fresh apple cider

0.25 oz ginger simple syrup (see below)

Fill a shaker with ice add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a thyme sprig.

To make ginger syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar and 1 large knob of ginger, finely diced, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to steep until cool. Strain and reserve syrup.

RAMOS GIN FIZZ   2 oz Corgi Spirits Pembroke  1 dash orange blossom water  0.5 oz 1/2 & 1/2  0.5 oz lemon juice  0.5 oz lime juice  0.5 oz simple syrup  1 egg white  1oz seltzer water    In a shaker combine all ingredients excluding the seltzer. RAMOS GIN FIZZ

2 oz Corgi Spirits Pembroke

1 dash orange blossom water

0.5 oz 1/2 & 1/2

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz lime juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

1oz seltzer water

In a shaker combine all ingredients excluding the seltzer. Vigorously dry shake (no ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and vigorously shake for 30 more seconds. Strain cocktail into glass and slowly pour the seltzer water into the mixing glass to release the remaining froth. Gently ease the seltzer water/froth mixture onto the top of the drink and serve.

Spray the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with rose water and strain cocktail into glass. Spray top of cocktail with rose water.

ROSE & ELDER

1.5 oz Corgi Spirits Pembroke Gin

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

0.25 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Rose water, in a spray bottle

Fill a shaker with ice add all ingredients except rose water and shake vigorously. Spray the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with rose water and strain cocktail into glass. Spray top of cocktail with rose water.

MANHATTAN   2 oz Corgi Spirits Cardigan Whiskey  1 oz sweet vermouth  2 dashes Angostura Bitters    Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a cherry.

MINT JULEP   2 oz Corgi Spirits Cardigan Whiskey  1 oz sweet vermouth  2 dashes Angostura bitters  1 dash orange bitters    Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

MINT JULEP

2 oz Corgi Spirits Cardigan Whiskey

1 oz sweet vermouth

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 dash orange bitters

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
