Spray the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with rose water, and strain cocktail into glass. Spray top of cocktail with rose water.

ROSE & ELDER

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lavender sprig or lemon peel.  To make lavender tincture, combine 1/2 cup dried lavender flowers with 2 cups vodka in a mason jar. Shake well and allow to sit for up to one week, shaking occasionally. Strain and retain liquid.

0.5oz fresh lemon juice

0.5oz peach puree

0.5oz simple syrup (1:1)

0.25oz lavender tincture (see below)

1 dash black walnut bitters

Lavender sprig or lemon peel for garnish

 

Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lavender sprig or lemon peel.

To make lavender tincture, combine 1/2 cup dried lavender flowers with 2 cups vodka in a mason jar. Shake well and allow to sit for up to one week, shaking occasionally. Strain and retain liquid.

0.75oz maple syrup

1.5oz fresh apple cider

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Apple slice for garnish

 

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with an apple slice.

  MOSCOW MULE   1.5oz Corgi Spirits Saddlecoat Vodka  0.25oz fresh lime juice  Ginger beer (Fever Tree preferred)  Lime wheel for garnish     In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, and lime juice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a copper mug over fresh ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with a lime wheel.

Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wheel and strawberry.

2 strawberries, cut in half

Club soda

Lemon wheel and strawberry for garnish
